  • 1/2 cup Rice Krispies cereal

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
  2. In a medium bowl, gently combine the shredded cheddar cheese, Rice Krispies cereal, smoked paprika (if using), and black pepper (if using).
  3. Drop small spoonfuls (about 1 teaspoon each) of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving about 2 inches between each mound as they will spread.
  4. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the crackers are golden brown and bubbly, with crispy edges.
  5. Remove from oven and let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before carefully transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely. They will crisp up further as they cool.
